 We would like to say we can do anything you need, but we are a small company and need to concentrate on some basic services. As we grow our company, we intend to increase the number of services. Here is what we can do for you.
Needs Analysis: We can help you define your equipment needs, sort through the many areas in your packaging department and help you identify real opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve quality. Needs analysis is part of our ongoing relationship with our customers. As customers see new opportunites and meet new packaging challenges, they ask us for recommendations on specific equipment and processes. Vendor Selection: There are hundreds of packaging equipment manufacturers, some are well known, but many are small or medium sized with specialized product offerings. We attend the trade shows, read (well, skim anyway) the packaging trade magazines and talk to a lot of people in the industry. You can use our knowledge to quickly narrow your search to the right vendor for your project. Used Equipment: We are primarily a new equipment dealer, but sometimes we do take equipment in on trade, or know of another customer who has surplus equipment for sale. If we know what you are looking for, we can help you find it. We also will source, rebuild and install used liquid packaging equipment on a fixed price basis. Turn-key Systems: When you have a limited engineering staff, we can partner with you to provide a single source solution for your packaging lines, either through our manufacturers such as ProSys, REB and Packaging Dynamics, or by utilizing our own staff augmented with local contractors. Because of our extensive experience in liquid processing, we can supply complete liquid processing and packaging systems. Equipment Engineering & Modification: If you have a special need or want to automate or update your existing equipment, we can provide engineering and technical service. Field Services: Although our staff is small, we can supply some local service and also maintain relationships with local contractors that we can use to keep your equipment running. Field service is an area we are expanding. Consulting: With everyone right-sizing their companies, sometimes you need to hire some expertise. Liquid Technology can take off our "selling" hat and assume the role of consultant. You can contract with us for any portion of the project, such as specification development, bidding, vendor analysis, installation and startup supervision. |
